Don’t say hello to the yellow! Yellow leaves can often be a sign of overwatering so ensure your Aglaonema Silver Bay has adequate drainage to avoid sitting in excess water.
Dodge the drought! The Aglaonema requires its soil to be kept moist at all times so try to avoid letting the soil drying out completely.
Time for a trim! Prune any dead leaves or leaves with brown tips to ensure the plant is fully utilising nutrients and to encourage new growth.
Light
Aglaonema thrive in most light levels. The lighter the leaf colour, the more light required. Plain, dark green varieties prefer near-shade, whereas the lighter, variegated types need well-lit conditions. Avoid direct sunlight.
Watering
The Aglaonema Silver Bay’s soil should be kept moist at all times. Do not allow it to dry-out. Make sure not to overwater as this may encourage root rot. Moderation is the key.
